1st Day, ALGHERO - THE SARDINIAN CATALONIA THE SPANISH INFLUENCE

Arrival at Alghero Airport late morning. Meeting with the Tour Assistance. Welcome and time for greetings. Private transfer to Alghero Town. Arrival to  the 4 or 5 stars Hotel and check in. Lunch in Hotel. In the afternoon visit to a local Winery Estate, tasting of local wines and free time for shopping and to become familiar with Alghero. Dinner in a typical restaurant. Overnight stay in Hotel.

02nd Day, ALGHERO, BOSA AND MONTIFERRU REGION

Breakfast in Hotel. Guided sightseeing of Alghero with its Bastions and its cobblestones old centre. Its Catalan Gothic buildings include the Cathedral of Santa Maria, with an imposing bell tower, Palazzo Guillot and a 14th-century church of San Francesco.  Late morning transfer to  Bosa. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon sightseeing of the Hamlet dominated by the Malaspina castle with its walls, a fascinating structure that dominates one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Transfer to the Montiferru region. Arrival to Santu Lussurgiu and visit to a local distillery. Distillates tasting of the most known Sardinian liqueurs. 03rd Day - SANTU LUSSURGIU HAMLET

Breakfast in Hotel, check out. Walking sightseeing of this Hamlet and visit to an artisan company of knives, the workshop that practices the blacksmith's art, the production of knives in the area represented an important activity. Lunch in Hotel. in the afternoon visit of a local distillery. Tasting of the most known Sardinian liqueurs. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.

04th Day: MONTIFERRU, CENTRAL SARDINIAN AND ITS LITTLE MUSEUMS

Transfer to Paulilatino Town and visit to the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina, it is the most representative sacred well of the island where stories, legends and truths are intertwined. The temple of Santa Cristina is the highest architectural expression of the Nuragic civilization dating back to around 3000 years ago. Transfer to Nuoro City. Lunch in a local restaurant. 05th Day: TRADITIONS OF SARDINIA BETWEEN WINE AND HOSPITALITY

Breakfast in Hotel. All morning will be dedicated at a cooking class experience. You will learn how to prepare and cook some of the most delicious Sardinian dishes and discover gastronomic chef secrets. During the cooking class you will touch Sardinian culture with hand while socializing and having fun. In the afternoon The Wine Cellar Experience. The best way to experience the village of Bitti strolling in its narrow streets in a tasty way is to visit the amazing “Tziu Tineddu” wine cellar (uncle Tino), not forgetting to get in touch with the authentic local life of Bitti and taste a great wine. Return to the Hotel, time for relax. Dinner and overnight stay at Su Lithu Hotel.

06th Day: TRADITIONS OF SARDINIA BETWEEN MASKS, WINE AND HOSPITALITY

Breakfast in Hotel. Check out and transfer to Mamoiada Town. Visit to the Mediterranean Musk and Culture Museum. Late morning visit to the artisan Ruggero Mameli, the mask maker par excellence of Mamoiada. Lunch in a local restaurant in the Barbagia di Ollolai region. After lunch transfer to Oliena Town. Visit to Giuseppe Gabbas Winery, afternoon experiential of the nectar of Sardinian centenarians, his majesty the CANNONAU wine. Transfer to Su Gologone Hotel****S. Check in and time for relax. 07th Day: AUTUMN IN BARBAGIA, THE LIFE OF ONCE UPON A TIME IN SARDINIA

Breakfast in Hotel. Check out and transfer to Belvì/Aritzo in the heart of Sardinia. Autumn in Barbagia, guided walking tour into the streets and the local Eco museum. Lunch in Aritzo at CASA DELLA NONNA. In the afternoon transfer to Sorgono town to discover the local life, which creates a different emotion in discovering local products such as cheeses, breads and wines. Transfer to Turri Town. 08th Day: THE MILLENARY HISTORY OF SARDINIA AND ITS NATURAL ENVIRONMENT

Breakfast and check out. Departure with a private Bus to Barumini in the centre of the Marmilla region and visit to Su Nuraxi, the only archaeological site in Sardinia declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site (1997). Not only is it the most impressive (and most well-preserved) of the thirty Nuragic sites, but it is, above all, the most precious inheritance left to us by the Nuragic civilization. Transfer to the GIARA and typical sack lunch “SU SMURZU”. In the afternoon departure to the Sulcis region for relax and/or wellness path in the Hotel LU****, Carbonia. Dinner and overnight stay. 09th Day: THE SULCIS IGLESIENTE, THE TWENTIETH CENTURY IN SARDINIA BETWEEN SEA AND MINES

Breakfast in Hotel and short visit to the city Carbonia. Transfer to Sant’Antioco Town and Visit to the Basilica of Saint Antiochus Marty, is a church of Byzantine origin and the Roman Catacombs. We continue with the visit to the Byssus Museum with Chiara Vigo, the last woman who makes sea silk. It is another way much rarer of silk, known as sea silk or byssus a fine filament produced by large molluscs under the sea. Traditional Sardinian chant are recited by Chiara to ensure a good harvest. Chiara Vigo is thought to be the only person left who can harvest it, spin it and make it shine like gold. Lunch in a local restaurant. Time for relax and transfer to Cagliari. 10th Day: CAGLIARI

Breakfast in Hotel, transfer to the largest covered market in Italy and one of the largest in Europe: Saint Benedict (Mercato Civico San Benedetto). It was inaugurated in 1957 and is 8,000 square metres on two floors. The ground floor is dedicated to fish, while on the upper floor there are fruit and vegetables stalls, meat, cheese and many other typical products. Experience a lively environment, with colours and intense aromas with the diverse fragrances as you wander between the stalls understanding why Sardinia's people are very proud of their food culture. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon sightseeing of Cagliari to discover the best highlights of the “Centro Storico”, with its cobbled historic quarters and is archaeological museum. Dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight stay in Hotel.

11th Day: CAGLIARI

Breakfast in Hotel. Day free for relax and shopping. Discover the City at your leisure. An ancient city with a long history, this is a great city to explore on foot thanks to seemingly endless portici di Via Roma, Castello, Villanova and La Marina quarters or its historic building Bastione di San Remi’. Overnight stay in Hotel.

12th Day: CAGLIARI

Breakfast in Hotel, check out and private transfer to the airport.
