1st Day - CAGLIARI - ORROLI - BARBAGIA DI SEULO REGION
Arrival to Cagliari airport. Welcome and meeting with the tour leader. Departure to the Barbagia di Seulo region and transfer to Orroli Village and visit to a masterpiece of architecture built in the bronze age, 3500 years ago is the fortress Nuraghe Arrubiu. Check in at a local Farmhouse or Rural Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
2nd Day BARBAGIA SEULO - SADALI
Breakfast and transfer to a local bakery Antichi Gesti to discover the tradition of the local Bread ↵

The Laboratory Antichi Gesti, for the production of bread "of Moddizzosu (bread with crumbs) in the versions of Sadali with potatoes and in that of Seulo of only semolina, also in the production of the Pillu bread of the Carasau’s family. Breakfast and transfer to one of the farms or in the pastoral village (whether permitting) the laboratory will allow you to discover the production techniques of Sardinian cheese from sheep, prompting the boys to participate actively to the realization of the forms. Breakfast, Cooking class lab of Bread ↵, Sweet ↵ or Pasta ↵
at one of the farms or one of the farmhouse facilities of the Seulo area. The workshop will allow you to discover the techniques of producing bread or typical Seulo. You will participating actively in the realization of local traditional culinary dishes and "De Is Picchirittus” and “Pistoccu De Nuxi " sweets. Lunch in loco to savour the delicacies prepared. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon transfer to Aritzo and visit to the Spanish Prison dated XVIII century and fascinat-ing Casa Devilla. Transfer to Meana Sardo and wine tasting “Terre del Mandrolisai”. Arrival to Tonara, check in to Belbedere Hotel***. Dinner and overnight stay.
7th Day - THE LANDS OF THE SARDINIAN BOVALE: THE MANDROLISAI
Tonara: The works of the past……. Tonara, the village of nougat and cowbells (sonaggias), a place to enjoy walks in ancient woods. Cowbells have always been an indispensable tool in the history of Sardinian sheep farming. The art of making: an ancient and romantic craft with a history that has its roots in the Sardinian tradition. Visit to Floris Farm: the production of Sardinian cowbells. This is the only artisan workshop where cowbells are still produced by hand with ancient instruments. The "CAMPANACCI FLORIS" workshop run by Marco Floris is located in Tonara, a town in the centre of Sardinia, in the Mandrolisai region. Lunch in Agriturismo inside a vineyard at San Mauro location. Transfer to the wine Valley of Barbagia and Mandrolisai, and wine tasting at Fradiles Vineyard. Return to Tonara. Time to relax, dinner and overnight stay.
8th Day - BARBAGIA DI OLLOLLAI TIANA/ MAMMOIADA/ ORGOSOLO/ OLIENA:
Breakfast and check out. Transfer to Tiana and visit to a “Gualchiera” water-powered machine for fulling cloth; a fulling mill (unique in Europe). “Tiana is just one village within an extraordinary region in which the proportion of centenarians has been found to be three times greater than in the rest of Sardinia -- and mainland Italy. Although good genes, diet and exercise are often cited as crucial to living a long life -- which they are in most places -- research in this Mediterranean region indicates that social interaction may be just as influential.” (By Vivien Jones, CNN, February 12, 2018).

10th Day - OLIENA & BITTI
Breakfast and check out. After breakfast check out and transfer to the archaeological site Su Romanzesu. It is an archaeological site that is located near Bitti, in the province of Nuoro, Sardinia. Arrival at Bitti Town, and transfer to Su Lithu Country Boutique Hotel****. Check in and lunch in Hotel. In the afternoon, visit to the Museum of Canto a Tenore, built in 2005. The multimedia museum is unique and transmits the choral singing proclaimed a masterpiece of Oral Heritage by UNESCO. Return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Breakfast in Hotel. All morning will be dedicated at a cooking class experience. You will learn how to prepare and cook some of the most delicious Sardinian dishes and discover gastronomic chef secrets. During the cooking class you will touch Sardinian culture with hand while socializing and having fun. In the afternoon The Wine Cellar Experience. The best way to experience the village of Bitti strolling in its narrow streets in a tasty way is to visit the amazing “Tziu Tineddu” wine cellar (uncle Tino), not forgetting to get in touch with the authentic local life of Bitti and taste a great wine. Return to the hotel, time for relax. Dinner with a musical show of chorus of Bitti: Oral Heritage by UNESCO. Overnight stay at Su Lithu Hotel.
