1ST DAY - CAGLIARI
Arrival at Cagliari airport. Welcome and meeting with the tour leader. Private transfer to the 4 or 5 stars Hotel. Check in and free time to relax and to familiarise with the destination. You will end the first day with a typical dinner in a local restaurant in Cagliari city centre. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 2 – HISTORY AND TRADITIONS OF CAGLIARI
Breakfast in Hotel. All day dedicated to Cagliari. Sightseeing of the most important places, like the old part of the city, with the Cathedral and the S. Remy fortress, from which you will have a magnificent view over the area. In the evening dinner into a prestigious restaurant. Overnight stay in Hotel.

3rd Day - VILLASIMIUS, OGLIASTRA, VILLAGRANDE STRISAILI
Breakfast in Hotel. transfer to the Villasimius and panoramic visit of the most scenic beaches and cliffs. Beyond the places are people, customs, and traditions. Getting to know and learning about them means transforming from a tourist into a traveller, and transforming a destination in a place of the heart. The journey continues through the Sarrabus region. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon arrival to Villagrande Strisaili in Ogliastra region. Check at the Orlando Resort Hotel****. Time for relax. Dinner and overnight stay.

4th Day - VILLAGRANDE STRISAILI - THE LONGEVITY HAMLET
Breakfast in Hotel. All day dedicated to the blue zone to learn about longevity. Meeting the locals and day dedicated to the food lab. Lunch in Hotel and the afternoon dedicated to the town and the area sightseeing. Visit the archaeological site S’arcu de is Forrusor with various temples and a bronze and iron foundry workshop and visit to and Cascate de Baumela. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.

5th Day - THE LONGEVITY HAMLET - VILLAGRANDE STRISAILI
Breakfast in Hotel. Morning dedicated to the discovery of wild official herbs. A healthy journey in nature with its scents and colours. The morning ends with a spa treatment and herbal teas with harvested herbs in total relax. Lunch in Hotel. In the afternoon panoramic sightseeing of the unspoiled Ogliastra region coast. Dinner and overnight stay.

6th Day – THE SOUL OF SARDINIA: THE GORROPU GORGE
Breakfast and check out. Guided trekking to the wonderful Gorropu Gorge: a unique experience to get to know the soul of the island. Packed lunch along the shepherds' path. Dinner and overnight at the 3/4 Stars Hotel in Ogliastra.

07th Day - THE EASTERN SARDINIAN COAST: THE BLUE WILD
Trekking in Cala Luna: a beautiful stage of the exciting Blue Wild itinerary to get to know and understand one of the most suggestive places on the island. Lunch in a local agro-tourism. In the afternoon transfer to a winery and wine tasting. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.

8TH DAY - OGLIASTRA - JERZU
After breakfast day excursion to the CANNONAU region. The scents that characterize Sardinia can be discovered in the Ogliastra region where culinary traditions are handed down with care and love from one generation to another. Stop to Jerzu Village and visit to local winery to savor the nectar of longevity, his majesty the Cannonau. The whole Ogliastra territory has many Nuraghi, Domus de Janas, Menhirs and Sacred Springs worthy to be visited. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.

9th Day - OGLIASTRA - AIRPORT
After breakfast, check out and private transfer with assistance to the airport. End of our services.
