01 Day – 10 th of October - ARRIVAL IN SARDINIA
Arrival in Sardinia: meeting with your tour leader and private transfer to the Hotel,
check in. Brunch in a local “ENOTECA” and Wine Tasting with one of Sardinian wine
producer. In the afternoon light guided city tour and return to the hotel. Free time to
relax and familiarize with Cagliari. You will end the first day with a typical dinner in a
local restaurant in Cagliari city center. Return to the Hotel and overnight stay.

02 Day – 11 th of October - ORGOSOLO - MAMMOIADA BARBAGIA DI OLLOLLAI
Breakfast in hotel and transfer to Orgosolo, sightseeing of the Hamlet with its
MURALES. The story of a people told on the walls, in the heart of the Supramonte
area, a trekking paradise and a town in the Barbagia area that offers glimpses of an
ancient and timeless Sardinia, surrounded by unspoiled nature. Traditional lunch with
the shepherds (weather permitting) or in a local farmahouse/restaurant. Transfer to
Mamoiada with is museum of the Mediterranean Musk and Culture and wine tasting in a
local vinery. Transfer to the hotel, check in. Dinner and overnight stay.

03 Day - 12 th of October - MANDROLISAI -TONARA – CORTES APERTAS
Breakfast in hotel. Departure with a private Bus to the Menhir Park “Biru 'e Concas”,
Set in the western folds of Gennargentu is the highest concentration of menhir in all
the Mediterranean area, dating to some five thousand years ago. Visit of “LA ROBBIA,
a craft workshop for creating natural pigments and applied arts, keepers of ancient
botanical alchemies”. Light lunch and wine tasting in one of the best wine makers in theMandrolisai Atzara Village. In the afternoon we transfer to Tonara, this is the village
of the nougat makers, of woodcarvers and ancient traditions, a characteristic village in
the Gennargentu, Tonara is also one of Sardinia’s greenest towns, surrounded by woods
dense with ancient stands of chestnut, walnut and hazel nut trees. Walking tour to
discover the works of the past……. the village of nougat and cowbells (sonaggias), a place
to enjoy walks in ancient woods. Cowbells have always been an indispensable tool in the
history of Sardinian sheep farming. The art of making: an ancient and romantic craft
with a history that has its roots in the Sardinian tradition. Visit to Floris Farm: the
production of Sardinian cowbells. This is the only artisan workshop where cowbells are
still produced by hand with ancient instruments. The “CAMPANACCI FLORIS”. Discover
of Nougat Lab, the torrone confectionary laboratories and tasting. In the afternoon
Transfer to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

04 Day – 13 th of October – BARBAGIA DI OLLOLLAI - CAGLIARI
Breakfast in hotel and transfer to Gavoi, visit of CORTES APERTAS. Walking tour into
the streets and visit of local open houses. During the Cortes Apertas, each one of the
26 hamlets involved, open their historic houses’ courtyards for a journey into art,
craftwork and products of the earth. Each one creates a different emotion, because
the character and traits of each of Barbagia’s is unique. Lunch in the CORTES. In the
afternoon transfer to Cagliari, check in, time for relax. In the evening you will end the
tour with a special dinner in a local restaurant or in hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.

05 Day – 14 th of October – CAGLIARI
After breakfast, check out and private transfer to the airport. End of our services.
